The Portland Trail Blazers plan to sign guard Tim Frazier for the rest of the season, according to a league source.
Frazier was selected Monday as the NBA Development League Player of the Week for the Maine Red Claws after averaging 20 points, 7.7 assists and 7.7 rebounds. He had consecutive 10-day contracts with the Philadelphia 76ers this season, averaging 7.2 assists in six games.
