The Phoenix Suns want to re-sign guard Goran Dragic, though various reports suggest the team might part ways with Dragic instead of losing him to free agency.
With the NBA trade deadline looming Thursday at 3 pm ET, various reports have focused on the Suns, who have a crowded group of guards with Dragic, Eric Bledsoe and Isaiah Thomas.
Dragic can become a free agent after this season if he declines his $7.5 million player option for 2015-16.
Dragic's agent will meet with Suns officials on Tuesday, and the team's determination to re-sign the six-year veteran remains "unchanged," reports Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports.
