Saturday's game at Memphis marks the two week point since Blazers center Joel Freeland strained his right shoulder against the Atlanta Hawks.
After Freeland initially hurt his shoulder, the Blazers said he would be reevaluated after two weeks, but Freeland suggested today he'll be out a little longer.
"I think it'll be a little bit later," Freeland said when asked if he would make his return exactly two weeks after straining his shoulder. "I don't know how much later just based on how quickly I get better, really. Like I say, day by day it's getting better, but I still don't have the full range of motion. Still have quite a lot of pain so I'm just waiting."
