Stanford freshman forward Reid Travis will be out indefinitely with an upper-leg stress fracture, according to a release from the school.
Travis has been okay as a freshman this season, averaging 7.5 points and 6.9 rebounds in nearly 27 minutes per contest.
He was the first McDonald's All-American to commit to Stanford since Brook and Robin Lopez back in 2006. The Cardinal will need him if it wants to continue its run toward the NCAA Tournament, as its frontcourt depth behind him is a bit lacking.
