Alex Len has been with the Phoenix Suns for 18 months, and it is like his rookie season is just coming to a close.
Len, 21, has a growth curve like a hockey stick, starting flatly as he struggled on a comeback from two ankle surgeries and a broken finger but rising sharply this season.
The most convincing number attached to Len is the team's 6-1 reco\rd since he became a starter on Dec. 15, when the only loss came on a Milwaukee banked buzzer-beating 3-pointer. His other numbers are impressive as a starter, considering he averages only 22.7 minutes and still gets 9.0 points, 7.4 rebounds and 2.7 blocks per game.
