Former NBA player Dajuan Wagner, maybe best known for scoring 100 points in a game for Camden High, has agreed to terms with the ABA’s Philadelphia Spirit.
Wagner, who was drafted with the sixth overall pick in the 2002 NBA Draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers, had been actively trying to make it back to the league he hasn’t played in since 2006 when injury issues cut his career short.
“I want to see if I can do it. I want to try,” he said over the summer of an NBA-comeback. “I still love to play, it’s all I’ve ever known.”
