The Washington Wizards have reached agreement with guard Vander Blue for a contract to training camp.
As a junior out of Marquette, Blue, 22, went unselected in the 2013 NBA draft and signed two contracts last season: a multi-year camp deal with the Philadelphia 76ers and a 10-day deal with the Boston Celtics.
