The Mavs presented a three-year offer sheet that will start in excess of $14 million to Houston Rockets restricted free agent Chandler Parsons. The total value of the deal is believed to be roughly $46 million. Parsons signed the deal early Thursday morning.
The news with Parsons is surprising only because of the price tag. The Rockets will have 72 hours to match the offer, but there are complicating factors for them.
