The Warriors and Steve Kerr have finalized an agreement for Kerr to become the new coach, the team announced Monday.
Kerr, who signed a five-year contract that including incentives could be worth about $25 million, will be introduced at a news conference Tuesday in Oakland.
"We are confident that he will be an extremely good fit for our team and our organization as we venture into the future," general manager Bob Myers said in a statement.
