Devonte Graham, the best point guard remaining in the class of 2014, has chosen the Jayhawks over North Carolina State.
The 6-foot-1 senior had once signed with Appalachian State, but after a long process that saw the Mountaineers initially refuse to release him, Graham was finally back on the market after Appalachian State hired a new coach.
Graham rounds out a terrific recruiting class that includes top-10 prospects Cliff Alexander and Kelly Oubre.
