ESPN reported Tuesday assistant coach Darren Erman was fired earlier this month for secretly recording conversations in coaches' meetings, meetings between coaches and players and informal discussions in the coaches' room.
The Warriors had announced a violation of company policy led to the termination of Erman, who has since been rehired by the Boston Celtics as their director of NBA scouting, according to Yahoo! Sports.
Mark Jackson said of the report on the secret recordings, "Obviously, Erman no longer works for us, and we've made a statement as an organization, and we move forward. This is old news."
