The Lakers have decided to shut Xavier Henry down for the remainder of an injury-riddled season that has seven games left to play.
Henry, who's been battling a sore knee since suffering a bone bruise and abnormality of the lateral meniscus on Dec. 29, also tore a ligament in his wrist against on March 21.
Henry has played 43 games this season and averaged a career-high 10 points per game in 21.1 minutes per night.
