Grizzlies' Conley out at least a week with Grade 2 right ankle sprain

Memphis Grizzlies point guard Mike Conley is expected to miss at least a week because of a sprained right ankle.

An MRI exam on Saturday revealed that Conley had a Grade 2 sprain. Coach Dave Joerger said before the game against Milwaukee that the training staff will evaluate Conley after a week and see how the treatment is going before updating any timetable on his return.

Conley is the Grizzlies' leading scorer at 18 points a game and also averages a team-best 6.3 assists.
