Sacramento Kings head coach Michael Malone has been fined $25,000 for verbal abuse of a game official and not proceeding directly to his locker room following the completion of the game, it was announced Sunday by the league.
Malone's actions occurred following the Kings' 91-90 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies on Jan. 17, at FedExForum.
