Former Duke star and Charlotte native Seth Curry is headed to the Memphis Grizzlies, according to multiple reports, including the Memphis Commercial Appeal.
Curry has been playing this season for the Santa Cruz Warriors of the NBA Development League, where he is averaging 21.3 points and 7.8 assists per game, according to the team’s website. He earlier had signed with the NBA’s Golden State Warriors.
Curry, the son of former Charlotte Hornets sharp shooter Dell Curry and the younger brother of Golden State star Stephen Curry, reportedly was to arrive Monday in Memphis and was expected to sign.
