Former Suns player Richard Dumas was arrested Thursday on suspicion of organized retail theft as part of a statewide roundup of people with outstanding warrants, authorities said Friday.
Authorities found 44-year-old Dumas at Dumas and Friends Athletic Association near Indian School and Dysart roads in Litchfield Park and he was taken into custody at 1:45 p.m without incident, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
Dumas was arrested on suspicion of eight counts of organized retail theft, totaling just under $800, from the Luke Air Force Base’s exchange while working with a janitorial service.
