To honor former Warrior Bernard King’s recent induction to the Basketball Hall of Fame, the Golden State Warriors will host the four-time All-Star during Friday’s game against the Houston Rockets.
The Warriors will also hold a special on-court recognition during the first quarter of Friday’s game for King, joined by his former Head Coach, Warriors legend Alvin Attles.
In two seasons with the Warriors (1980-82), King compiled averages of 22.5 points, 6.4 rebounds and 3.6 assists in 160 games, earning Second Team All-NBA honors and an All-Star selection for his play during the 1981-82 campaign.
