The Atlanta Hawks have assigned rookie guard Dennis Schroder to the Bakersfield Jam of the NBA Development League.
Schroder, from Braunschweig, Germany, was the 17th overall pick in this year's NBA draft. He was averaging 3.7 points and 2.5 assists in 11 games.
