The Washington Wizards' John Wall and the Portland Trail Blazers' LaMarcus Aldridge today were named NBA Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for games played Monday, Nov. 18, through Sunday, Nov. 24.
Wall led the Wizards to a 3-1 week with averages of 24.3 points, 8.5 assists and 2.75 steals.
Aldridge led the Trail Blazers to a 4-0 week behind averages of 22.5 points, 10.5 rebounds and 1.75 blocks.
Other nominees for the Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week were Indiana's Paul George, Memphis' Zach Randolph, Miami's LeBron James, Oklahoma City's Kevin Durant, Portland's Wesley Matthews and Toronto's DeMar DeRozan.
