Charlotte Bobcats coach Steve Clifford has been hospitalized and is undergoing tests this morning for an undisclosed condition. It’s unclear whether he’ll be able to coach tonight’s home game against the New York Knicks.
“He just wasn’t feeling well so he’s at the hospital getting some tests. Hopefully he will be back for the game tonight, but we have to prepare as if he won’t,” associate head coach Patrick Ewing said after morning shootaround at Time Warner Cable Arena.
