Believe it or not, Charles Barkley really likes the Knicks. But only on one condition.
“If things are going well I think they’ll be fine,” Barkley says. “But if things are going bad they could implode.”
Barkley, the TNT analyst who has been the Knicks’ most outspoken critic for more than a decade, feels Mike Woodson’s club lacks leadership. “They’re going to miss Jason,” he added Monday. “I’ve always said that Jason Kidd is one of the best leaders ever. I thought he was great for Carmelo, Raymond Felton and especially J.R. Smith.”
