Pistons beat Hornets 104-84 in preseason

Andre Drummond and Josh Smith both had double-doubles, and the Detroit Pistons beat the Charlotte Hornets 104-84 in an NBA preseason game Wednesday.

Drummond had 15 points and 14 rebounds, while Smith added 14 points and 10 rebounds for the Pistons, who shot 47.6 percent from the field and hit 8 of 20 3-pointers.
