Toni Kukoc joins Bulls as 'special advisor' to owner
The Chicago Bulls announced today that Toni Kukoc has been named Special Advisor to the President and COO of the team.
“You only have to be around Toni for a few minutes to appreciate his personality, passion, and professionalism and recognize the contributions he will make to our team in his new role,” said President & COO Michael Reinsdorf.
“It is a thrill and an honor to again be a part of the team that helped define my basketball career here in the United States and in Chicago,” said Toni Kukoc.
Kukoc joins Scottie Pippen as a Special Advisor to the President. Pippen has served in this role since October 31, 2012.
A veteran of 13 seasons in the NBA, Kukoc played seven seasons with the Chicago Bulls. As a member of the Bulls, he was named the 1995-96 NBA Sixth Man of the Year and a member of three NBA championship teams (1996-98).
