Nuggets to waive Kostas Papanikolaou

The Denver Nuggets will waive Kostas Papanikolaou, Eurobasket.com’s David Pick reports.

Papanikolaou's deal worth $4.7 million is non-guaranteed. He was acquired from the Houston Rockets in the Ty Lawson trade this summer .
