Jacobson receives new 10-year deal from Northern Iowa

Northern Iowa coach Ben Jacobson signed a new 10-year contract with the Panthers.

Jacobson signed a 10-year deal in 2010 after the Panthers beat Kansas in the second round of the NCAA tournament.

Jacobson took over at Northern Iowa in 2006-07. He led UNI to the NCAA tournament in three of the past nine seasons.
