Cincinnati coach Mick Cronin out with 'unruptured aneurysm'
Cincinnati coach Mick Cronin will miss Saturday's game against VCU with what the school is describing as an "unruptured aneurysm."
Associate head coach Larry Davis will fill-in for Cronin.
The unruptured aneurysm was discovered during a routine workup for lingering headaches, according to school officials. Further testing will begin Monday. Cronin is not expected to coach again until the testing has been completed.
