Davis' career-high 43 points fuels Pelicans over Jazz
Anthony Davis had a career-high 43 points and 14 rebounds, Jrue Holiday added 19 points and eight assists, and the Pelicans beat the Utah Jazz 106-94 on Saturday night.
Davis shot 16 for 23 from the field to help the Pelicans earn a split of their four-game western road trip.
Gordon Hayward scored 31 points and Trey Burke had a season-high 20 for the Jazz.
Wizards 111 Bucks 100
The Wizards rallied behind John Wall and Paul Pierce, after falling behind by 15 points in the first half, to beat the Milwaukee Bucks.
Pierce led the Wizards with 25 points, hitting several key shots down the stretch, and Wall added 19 points and 9 assists.
Brandon Knight led the Bucks with 27 points and Giannis Anteokounmpo added 20 points.
Nets 87 Spurs 99
Tony Parker had 22 points and Tim Duncan nearly had a triple double in limited minutes and San Antonio never trailed in 99-87 victory over the Brooklyn Nets.
San Antonio had 16 assists on its first 20 baskets and finished with 29 assists while shooting 52 percent from the field.
Deron Williams had 24 points and Mirza Teletovic had 22 for Brooklyn (5-8), which lost for the sixth time in seven games.
