Blazers decline Thomas Robinson's option

The Portland Trail Blazers will let forward Thomas Robinson become an unrestricted free agent next summer, according to league sources.

The Blazers declined on Monday to pick up the fourth-year option – worth $4.6 million – on Robinson's deal.

Robinson averaged 4.8 points and 4.4 rebounds in 12 minutes a game for Portland a season ago.
