Grizzlies' Conley says he will play Game 2

Injured Memphis Grizzlies point guard Mike Conley believes he will play in Game 2 of the Western Conference semifinals against the Warriors on Tuesday night, but coach David Joerger said Conley is still doubtful.

Conley, who suffered a facial fracture when inadvertently elbowed in Game 3 of Memphis' first-round series against Portland, went through the team's practice at the Olympic Club on Monday, and although he was limited in certain drills, he thinks he's ready to play.

"I believe I will, but I've believed that the last week," Conley said. "I'm really hoping for tomorrow. They tell me I can play once I'm ready, and I feel I'm ready to go."
