The New Orleans Pelicans have signed free agent forward/center Donatas Motiejunas. Motiejunas, 7-0, 222, previously played for the Houston Rockets from 2012-16.

Wizards’ John Wall and Rockets’ James Harden were named NBA Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week for games played Dec. 26 through Jan. 1.
