  Jordan Olympics jersey sells for record price

  A jersey believed to have been worn by Michael Jordan at the 1984 Olympics was sold Thursday for $273,904, a record price paid for a basketball jersey.

  Salary cap for 17-18 drops to $99M

  The NBA notified teams in a memo Wednesday that the projected salary cap will come in at $99 million, about $2 million less than estimates in April.

  Rockets extend GM Daryl Morey’s contract four more years

  Houston Rockets General Manager Daryl Morey has signed a four-year contract extension. Morey is now under contract with the Rockets through the 2021-22 season.
