Celtics plane lands safely after bomb threat
The Celtics were the victims of a bomb threat on their flight here from Hanscom Field in Bedford yesterday.
The team arrived at its hotel, and the plane and all baggage was checked and cleared.
The FBI was still investigating the matter late last night.
According to team spokesman Jeff Twiss, the threat was called in during the flight. Twiss, who was on the flight, said the information was received about three-quarters of the way into the trip, but only a select few in the traveling party were told.
