Kyle Lowry scores career-high 43 as Raptors beat Cavs
Late-game heroics from Kyle Lowry lifted the Toronto Raptors to a come-from-behind 99-97 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers for a franchise record 10th consecutive home win Friday night.
In the third and final meeting of the season between the top two teams in the Eastern Conference standings, Lowry and the Raptors showed tremendous fighting spirit and rallied from a 14-point second-half deficit to beat the Cavaliers.
Arguably the best performance of Lowry's career helped carry the Raptors to the win. On top of scoring the final basket for the Raptors to put them ahead, he dropped a career-high 43 points, along with nine assists and four rebounds.
