Cavs bring back Shumpert for 4 years, $40 million
The Cleveland Cavaliers have agreed to a new contract with restricted free agent Iman Shumpert, a league source confirmed.
The deal is a four-year agreement worth $40 million. The final year of the contract includes a player option.
Shumpert, who arrived in a midseason trade from the New York Knicks, averaged 7.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.3 steals in 38 regular season games.
