Pistons pick up $3M team option on Anthony Tolliver

Anthony Tolliver's $3 million option will be picked up after the Pistons didn't draft a power forward Thursday, a team source confirmed.

The Pistons could have released Tolliver for $400,000 but never intended to do so.
