Karl-Anthony Towns leads 7 UK players declaring for 2015 NBA draft
The seven leading scorers from the Wildcats' Final Four men's basketball team announced Thursday they would enter the 2015 NBA Draft in a news conference in Lexington.
The list is led by Karl-Anthony Towns and likely lottery picks Willie Cauley-Stein and Trey Lyles. Potential first-rounder Devin Booker and likely second-rounder Dakari Johnson entered despite not starting, while twin guards Aaron and Andrew Harrison also entered.
Towns is a potential No. 1 overall pick. Towns is adept making both physical and finesse plays, and the big man has the size and skills to do both at the next level. His offense is probably ahead of his defense at this point.
