LaMarcus Aldridge, Nicolas Batum leave Trail Blazers game with injuries
Trail Blazers forwards LaMarcus Aldridge and Nicolas Batum started Saturday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies, but neither finished as both suffered injuries in the first half and didn't return to action after halftime.
Aldridge appeared to injure his left hand when Memphis' Tony Allen reached in and attempted a steal in the first quarter. Aldridge has been playing with torn ligaments in his left thumb since late January.
Batum tweaked his back in the first half and did not return to the game.
