Russell Westbrook record third straight triple-double
Russell Westbrook had 40 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists but Portland rallied to beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 115-112 on Friday night.
Westbrook recorded a triple-double on Tuesday vs Indiana and then again on Thursday at Phoenix, becoming the first player to record 3 straight triple-doubles since LeBron James (3 straight in 2009).
The only players over the last 25 seasons with 3 straight triple-doubles are James (2009), Jason Kidd (2008) and Grant Hill (1997). The last player to record at least 4 straight triple-doubles was Michael Jordan (7 straight in 1989), according to ESPN Stats.
