Hawks beat 76ers 95-79 for 8th straight win
Kyle Korver and Paul Millsap each scored 17 points and Atlanta beat the 76ers 95-79 on Wednesday night, giving the Hawks their longest winning streak in 17 years.
Korver sank five 3-pointers as Atlanta (15-6) won its eighth straight -- the Hawks' longest since an 11-0 start to the 1997-98 season.
Alexey Shved had 13 points to lead the 76ers (2-19), who have won two of four since their 0-17 start.
Trail Blazers 82 Timberwolves 90
Andrew Wiggins scored five straight points at the game's most crucial moment, and finished with 23 points, 10 rebounds and four assists to help the Timberwolves stun the Trail Blazers.
Corey Brewer had 19 points, eight rebounds, five assists and five steals for the Timberwolves, who snapped a six-game losing streak.
Damian Lillard had 23 points and seven rebounds for the Trail Blazers. But LaMarcus Aldridge managed just 10 points on 3-for-14 shooting, and Portland turned the ball over 20 times and shot a season-low 38.8 percent.

Nets 80 Bulls 105
Derrick Rose scored 23 points, and the Bulls pulled away from the Nets for a 105-80 victory on Wednesday night. Chicago held Brooklyn to 29 points on 26.2 percent shooting (11 for 42) in the final two periods.
Jimmy Butler had 18 points, Pau Gasol added 16 points and 16 rebounds, and Mike Dunleavy scored 14 points.
Deron Williams led Brooklyn with 17 points, but the Nets dropped their third straight.
