Evan Turner agrees to deal with Celtics
Free-agent guard Evan Turner reached a deal with the Boston Celtics, his agent David Falk told on Monday.
Falk said his client is happy to sign with Boston and looks forward to a fresh start with the Celtics.
Turner spent the first three-plus seasons of his career with the Philadelphia 76ers and was traded to the Indiana Pacers at the February trade deadline.
He has averaged 11.1 points, five rebounds and 3.2 assists in his four seasons.
