Ben Gordon to join Magic for 2 years, $9 million

Free-agent guard Ben Gordon has reached agreement on a two-year, $9 million contract with the Orlando Magic.

The second year of the deal is a team option that needs to be guaranteed by Orlando before July 1, 2015, a source told Yahoo Sports.

Gordon, 31, played part of the past season with Charlotte before being waived.
