Arizona State turns up pressure and edges Oregon State in OT
Jermaine Marshall scored 25 points, including seven in overtime, as Arizona State held off Oregon State 86-82 on Thursday night.
Jahii Carson added 23 points, six rebounds and six assists for the Sun Devils (17-6, 6-4 Pac-12), who had a chance to win at the end of regulation, then took the lead for good halfway through overtime.
Pac-12 scoring leader Roberto Nelson had 26 points, 24 after halftime, to lead the Beavers (13-9, 5-5) and scored with 19 seconds left in regulation to force overtime.
