Rodney Stuckey not concerned about trade rumors
With the NBA trade deadline less than a month away, none of the Detroit Pistons might be more attractive than guard Rodney Stuckey.
Stuckey's ability to come off the bench and provide instant offense as well as his expiring contract of $8.5 million could be too much to pass up down the stretch for a contender that needs more scoring or a team that wants to clear some cap space via trade.
But Stuckey says none of that is on his mind with the Feb. 20 trade deadline looming.
"Nah, I don't think about that," Stuckey said Monday after scoring a season-high 29 points in a 112-103 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers. "Whatever happens, happens. I'm here to play basketball. I'm a Detroit Piston right now."
