NBA roundup: James leads Heat past 76ers to snap 3-game skid

LeBron James had 21 points, 10 assists and eight rebounds to help the Miami Heat snap a three-game skid and beat the Philadelphia 76ers 101-86 on Friday night.
The two-time defending NBA champions avoided their first four-game losing streak since March 2011.
Chris Bosh scored 25 points, and Norris Cole and Shane Battier had 13 points. Tony Wroten led Philadelphia with 13 points. The Sixers missed 18 of 20 3-pointers and had 23 turnovers.
Grizzlies 91 Kings 90
Mike Conley had 25 points and six assists, then grabbed possession of the jump ball to help the Memphis Grizzlies secure a 91-90 victory over the Kings on Friday night.
Courtney Lee added 17 points for Memphis, which won its season-best fifth straight. Marc Gasol, in his third game back after missing 23 games with a knee injury, finished with 16 points.
DeMarcus Cousins led the Kings with 22 points and 17 rebounds, while Rudy Gay scored 19 points, 11 of those in the fourth, as the Kings built their lead.
Wizards 96 Bulls 93
John Wall had 23 points and 11 assists, and Washington beat the Chicago Bulls 96-93 on Friday night for its third consecutive victory.
The Wizards (19-19) reached .500 for the third time this season. Washington held the Bulls to just one field goal in the final 5:16. Chicago (18-20) also was trying to reach .500, but missed eight of its final nine field goals.
Kirk Hinrich led Chicago with 18 points, and D.J. Augustin scored 16. Washington had six players score in double figures. Bradley Beal and Martell Webster had 14 points apiece.
Nuggets 109 Cavaliers 117
Kyrie Irving scored 23 points, Tristan Thompson had 20 points and 10 rebounds and the Cavaliers beat the Denver Nuggets 117-109 on Friday night.
Cleveland had five players score in double figures. C.J. Miles added 19 points, including four free throws down the stretch, and Luol Deng scored 18.
Wilson Chandler scored 23 points and Ty Lawson had 19 points and 11 assists for the Nuggets, who have dropped two of three.
Raptors 94 Timberwolves 89
Kyle Lowry scored 24 points, Amir Johnson had 19 and the Toronto Raptors beat Minnesota 94-89 for their 10th straight home victory over the Timberwolves.
Lowry made a season-high six 3-pointers as the Raptors won for the ninth time in 11 games and posted their 18th victory in 19 meetings with Minnesota.
DeMar DeRozan shook off a poor shooting performance to score 15 points and Terrence Ross had 16 as the Raptors won their sixth straight home game. Kevin Love had 16 points and 12 rebounds and Kevin Martin added 18 points for the Timberwolves, who lost their third straight and dropped a season-worst three games below .500.
Pistons 89 Jazz 110
Trey Burke had 20 points and a career-high 12 assists, leading the Jazz to a 110-89 rout of the Detroit Pistons on Friday night.
Enes Kanter added 18 points for Utah and Marvin Williams scored 17. Rodney Stuckey led the Pistons with 21, but Detroit looked flat for much of the game after a five-day layoff.
Orlando 101 Charlotte 111
Al Jefferson had 30 points and 16 rebounds, Kemba Walker added 19 points and 10 assists and the Charlotte Bobcats beat the Orlando Magic 111-101.
The Magic dug out of an 18-point first-half hole and pulled to 78-76 early in the fourth quarter. However, the Bobcats shot 16 for 20 on free throws in the final period to help secure the win.
Josh McRoberts and Gerald Henderson added 17 points apiece for Charlotte. Arron Afflalo scored 24 points in his return to the Magic lineup after missing three games with a strained right foot, and Tobias Harris and Jameer Nelson each added 18.
