Marcus Camby says ‘minimal progress’ on foot injury
Nearly a week after Rockets center Marcus Camby wanted to make a decision about whether to have surgery on the torn plantar fascia tissue in his left foot, Camby said he will put off that step as long as possible to continue with rehab in the hopes he can avoid the surgery.
He did not sound optimistic Thursday, however, that rehab will work.
“Minimal progress so still evaluating and rehabbing,” Camby said. “We’ll give it a little more time before we make that decision.”
