Houston players TaShawn Thomas and Danuel House will be allowed to transfer from the program with restrictions.
The restrictions are as follows:
- Any Division-I school in the state of Texas
- Any current schools in the American Athletic Conference, or any school that is currently scheduled to leave or join the league in the next ywo years
- Any school on Houston's 2014-15 or 2015-16 schedule
Moreover, any school House and Thomas speak with has to be approved by Houston.
Thomas, a 6-foot-8 power forward, averaged 15.4 points and 8.1 rebounds last season, while the 6-foot-7 sophomore House put up 13.6 points and 5.3 rebounds.
