4-star Matt McQuaid decommits from SMU

Matt McQuaid made the choice to decommit from SMU and reopen his recruitment, according to a tweet from an AAU teammate and a report from Scout.com. McQuaid retweeted both reports on his timeline.

McQuaid is arguably the best shooter in the class of 2015 -- and he strengthened his case last week at the LeBron James Skills Academy, when he shot lights-out from 3-point range against the best high school players in the country.

The 6-foot-5 shooting guard from Duncanville (Texas) is ranked No. 66 in the 247Sports Composite for the class of 2015.
