Warriors center Marreese Speights was arrested on a second-degree charge of driving under the influence the morning after his 27th birthday early Tuesday in Tampa, Fla., according to the Tampa Police Department.
Speights was arrested at 3:31 a.m. EDT and later submitted to two breathalyzer tests showing breath alcohol contents of .103 and .106, according to the incident log. Florida's unlawful blood alcohol or breath alcohol level is .08 or above.
