Grizzlies guard Courtney Lee and forward Tony Allen were among five players ruled out because of a stomach virus, leaving the Grizzlies with just 10 active players.
Kyle Lowry scored 18 points for Toronto and Lou Williams had 13 as the Eastern Conference leaders won for the seventh time in eight games.
Marc Gasol had 22 points and 12 rebounds, and Zach Randolph added 18 points and 18 rebounds for the Grizzlies (10-2).

Mavericks 105 Wizards 102
Dirk Nowitzki's 3-pointer with 80 seconds left sealed a fifth consecutive victory for Dallas, 105-102 over the Washington Wizards, after Monta Ellis scored 24 of his 34 points in the first half.
Nowitzki went down with about eight minutes left after rolling his ankle by accidentally stepping on an opponent's foot. But the German came back with 3 1/2 minutes to go and Dallas trailing by a point.
Washington lost at home for the first time this season, despite Bradley Beal's first action following left wrist surgery. Beal was terrific, too, leading Washington with 21 points.

Suns 88 Pistons 86
The Suns held Detroit to 37.9-percent shooting, including just 7 for 25 on 3-pointers, to pick up an 88-86 victory over the Pistons.
P.J. Tucker added 16 points for the Suns, who have won four of their last six.
Brandon Jennings scored 19 points to lead Detroit, who is already on its third three-game losing streak after just 12 games of the season.

Kevin Martin shook off an illness to score 37 points and the Timberwolves snapped a five-game losing skid with a 115-99 over the Knicks on Wednesday night.
Martin tied a career high with seven 3-pointers and Shabazz Muhammad had 17 points and eight rebounds in his first career start for the Wolves.
Carmelo Anthony had 20 points and Amare Stoudemire added 19 for the Knicks. But New York's 23 turnovers led to 28 points by Minnesota.

Lakers 98 Rockets 92
Kobe Bryant had 29 points, Wesley Johnson made key free throws down the stretch and the Lakers took advantage of Dwight Howard's absence in a 98-92 victory over the Houston Rockets.
It was the second consecutive win for the Lakers following a 1-9 start. Nick Young scored 16 points in his second game back from a right thumb injury.
James Harden had 24 points for the Rockets, who dropped back-to-back games for the first time this season.
