Dwight Howard is under investigation for suspected child abuse in Cobb County, Ga.
It’s the second time Howard, 28, has been investigated by Cobb police for the same allegations, but he has not been charged.
Howard was also under investigation in Florida for the same incident involving his son, who was 6 at the time, but also was not charged.
Howard’s attorney David Oscar Markus said in an statement:
“The Florida Department of Children and Families thoroughly examined all of the evidence and determined that the claims of child abuse were not substantiated. The case was closed in September."
A Rockets spokesperson said the organization would have no comment.
